1 General Terms

3 Account Management

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. jata 7 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing this information with a third party.

• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

For security purposes, jata 7 may request identity verification at any time. A copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be required. Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal can be processed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

jata 7 accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Transactions must be made using a payment account registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Cryptocurrency is not accepted for deposits.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank may be used for bank transfers.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jata 7 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus becomes withdrawable only after completing a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus — your balance will be ৳3,000 — and to withdraw the bonus you must complete ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers.

• A bonus is not counted as cash — it must be earned through wagering.
• A specific time limit applies for claiming a bonus.
• Attempting to take advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account cancellation.
• Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage using the bonus system — such as employing risk-free betting strategies, operating multiple accounts, or collectively fulfilling bonus conditions — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6 VIP Program

jata 7's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold. This cashback is paid based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

• Cashback is paid every Monday based on the previous week's figures.
• Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on consistent activity and participation on the platform.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder.
• jata 7 reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.

7 Game and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All games available on jata 7 — slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting — are operated by third-party software providers. The outcome of each game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

7.2 Right to Void Bets

jata 7 reserves the right to void any bet or winnings due to technical errors, software bugs, or unfair advantage. In such situations, the original bet amount will be refunded.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

12 Account Suspension and Closure

jata 7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Creating an account using a false identity or documents.
• Clear evidence of involvement in fraudulent activity.
• Discovery of multiple accounts being operated.

12.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonus balances are non-refundable under these terms.
